Actually, there's no need to specialize when you can generalize (in this case). The no sprite rip rule pertains to this, so its null. Although someone COULD make an actual non-sprite rip chao wad thing, as far as I can see, it's not likely. Besides, keep in mind: other characters have been used for hangout (Sinkoo, Senku, Senya, Nitemare, HMS (without JTE lol), SMS, CZ64's wads, Riders, etc.). Why should chao wads be singled out just because some 6 year olds want to hangout with them? No, I'm not advocating hangout servers or anything, but if chao characters are to be banned, then might as well ban characters altogether. While you're at it, ban maps too (any map could be used for hangout, they say).

That's why there's this thing in place: if someone makes something solely for the purpose of hangout, it gets removed. I think that works fine, don't you?
