Changing weapons timer. Is it possible?

Yeah. I believe it's SPAWNHEALTH.

He may still need it when his ban is over, so...

I tried to change SPAWNHEALTH and it's doesn't work! If i changing something in weapon config weapon timer always sets to 1. I tried without SocEdit and put SPAWNHEALTH = 50*tickrate - still doesn't work!
