Changing The Title Screen

Well I've been making a very large level pack (I'm not telling you what I'm doing) and i'd like to change the title screen. I've been trying to figure out how to though I can't find anything out. I have no clue how to do it so I'd really like to know each step.

You could make the TITLESKY the title screen, scrollspeed 0, and substitute all the other title elements to transparent blocks of cyan.

Hm. Make 2 tags in a wad, S_START and S_END. Then use import your graphics between those tags.

Also, it has to have a maximum height of 300 pixels.
