Changing Save Location?

Is it possible to change where saves are located, more specifically, is it possible to shove the saves into their own little sub-directory somehow?

I'm trying to rig up makeshift cloud storage solution between my various devices, and while I can easily put a symbiotic link between the saves and a Dropbox account, I need the saves in their own separate folder to do so.
