Changing Music and Level name

Alright, I'm almost done with my first map, I just have two problems. I've looked at all of the tutorials I can find and none of them explain it. Changing the music and the name of the level at the start. So uh... help?

look up srb2 level headers to set it all initially , you can also change the music while the level is in progress with linedef 413

I followed what it told me to do, but when I click "EDIT MAINCFG lump" I get an error and doom builder crashes. :/

You shouldn't use Doom Builder for editing the MAINCFG (because that doesn't work if I recall correctly) , you should download and use XWE or SlumpED:

The problem being I have no idea how to use either of those programs. Quite frankly it's been quite annoying having to download so much stuff over the past week just for editing maps. I'll try it anyway, but no guarantees that I won't have a new topic up soon.
