change music?

I wanna change a tune to Lava Reef Zone 2 but I don't know the right program,XWE won't work because I can't use it,It crashes.

Use SlumpED and follow the Custom Music tutorial, but have the lump name that of the tune you want to change.

That's simple. Let's say you want the music file to begin looping at the 1:12 mark. Just convert it to seconds (72 seconds) then multiply it by 44100.

72 x 44100 = 3175200

Then put LOOPPOINT=3175200 in a comment section of the music file.

I did 90 X (that number you know ) = I forgot. the time was 130,any help?
