Fixed Cechoflags command, minor issue

cechoflags <flags>: set CEcho flags, prepend with 0x to use hexadecimal>Hello
Unknown command 'Hello'

The next thing typed into the console (be it 'Hello' or a valid command), after pressing enter, is written on the same line instead of on a new line.

P.S. Not sure if it's intentional or not, but inputting random values can produce various effects not documented on the wiki.
