Can't open Launcher!

I tried to open the launcher after I made an MD2.dat and downloaded the MD2s, but it says this:

srb2launcher has performed an illegal operation and caused a fault in kernel32.dll. Press enter to close, Press ctrl alt del to restart your computer.

I have Windows 98. Please help!

Not sure, as we didn't make the SRB2 Launcher. Try using a different launcher, like Oogaland's.
