Can't join netgames! Please help!

Whenever I click "Join game", it always tells me that it can't connect to the master server! D:

Sorry, but this is because right now, the master server is down until the developers can fix it. Don't worry! They will update it as soon as they get it fixed!

Isn't there some place where one of the admins can put: The Master Server is under maintenance, where everyone including those who just joined the MB can see it. The reason is because threads like these are being made at least once a week and quite frankly many of us are tired of seeing such threads. I don't intend on being mean to anyone new around here I just wanted to point this out.
