Can't get my Wad to work!

I made a wad. When I start SRB2 with it, it plays normally, You can't pick him at all! Its not in the charater select(I added him to it, but it wont work.) and it doesn't work in Multiplayer. How can I fix this? I got the S_SKIN and OBJCTCFG on, so don't say I need to add it.
 
Your OBJCTCFG isn't set up correctly. Otherwise it would appear in the list when loaded. Can you post the contents of your OBJCTCFG lump?
