No, and you can't. Why you would want 1.08 is beyond me, other than for Chaos mode.

because my friend has a slow connection and it took 9 hours to donwload the 1.09 for him so me i got a fast connection and i wonder if i can dowload the1. 08

I don't think you can get it now. Just get 1.09, it's basically the same game.

Well you still have a few options.
1) Write 1.09 to a blank disc.
2) Have him download it overnight.
3) Get a download accelerator (I use Download Accelerator Plus)/Download manager. Some pause the download, and keeps the memory, even after resetting the comp.

Now, what kind connection does this guy have?
I have dial-up, and it only took me 6-7 hours.

I have the power to download in school through hacking, so it took me less than 2 minutes. Maybe even 1 minute.
