Easy. I know a place to get all the sprites, some levels, and I don't know about text. Wait...I'm thinking of a regular RPG, not an MMO. Either way I think I'm capable of making both. Heres a sprite I made of SSGoku:

If it wasn't possible to create your own MMORPG, then there would be no MMORPGs. :P Just thought I'd point that out.

Also remember that you need large amounts of bandwidth, and to plan the game out. Games like WoW and Guild Wars weren't improvised; everything needs to be absolutely perfect!
