Hmm..Is that the error you get if you run SRB2 when SRB2 is already running?

Do what it says, use the -mb parameter.
Using the command prompt or the SRB2 Launcher's "Manual Parameters" box, type:
-mb 64.
You can type something higher than 64, it doesn't really matter.
