Then he can spend time learning it.
If he wants something done, he should learn how to do it himself, and those bots are 'complex'. Nobody's ported them because either nobody wants to, or it'd be too much effort.
But if he really wants them, he should work to bring them himself, not ask others to do it for him.

At that, there is a rule against asking others to do these things for you already, so this isn't a 'he doesn't know how to lua' situation regardless.

I don't get how this community is so different than the other sonic modding communities, in some communities you're allowed to request mods but it doesnt mean someone wants to make it.

Not knowing how to make something doesn't get you a free pass from learning: all the people that know how to make it once didn't. That said, bots are not an easy task to bring back or to maintain. Save for a few community members, we're not magicians as to make a mod appear out the blue, and even the magicians have limited free time and willpower.
