The don't
Tails Tail's are broken
Most of the animations don't work (Nights moment and missing _ in run)
And other stuff,but the character that most works is Sonic

He doesn't seem to respond,but he reacts to the mensages (Mostly related with his models) most of the time

Yes, because it's stealing. That was my whole point. That website was only founded to allow for stolen content; the red spheres section allows for content from any non-reusable addon without permission.
