Camera movement

so latley ive been experiencing some issues with the camera, in terms of controlling it with the mouse, sometimes while playing, the camera will slow down to a crawl, making it beyond difficult to adjust it and move around.

i did find out that using first person and going back out temporarily fixes it.
but soon after slows down again..
is this a bug? or is it a setting that was set? im at a loss

It could lmaybe be a bug. Maybe you're mouse sensitivity is to low?

this isnt the case at all, my sensitivity is usually at default

Hmm, ok. Maybe you're mouse pad is what's causing the issues?

I remember back in the 2.1 softpoly exe there was a bug similar to what you're describing that occured upon switching renderers. Maybe you're experiencing that but in 2.2?
