This works like the TF2 version of RTD, but admins can force rolls on themselves or others.

Welcome to SRB2RTD!
It brings the following (unweighted) rolls:

• True Super
• Match Super
• Invincibility (20 secs)
• Speed Shoes (20 secs)
• Shields (random)
• 1-9999 Rings (only if you get really lucky)
• Absolutely Nothing™
• Minus 1-9999 Rings (very unlucky)
• Self-Nuke
• Instant Death
