This has nothing to do with sonic or sega for that matter, at school I try to get on certain sites and the blocker wont let me in! Is there any program that will turn the blocker off.

Be a good person and adhere to the blocker rules. They probably blocked them for a reason.

Try researching on proxies, though.

I'm surprised my school hasn't blocked google, all people search for is porno, but not me of course, I'm a good student who doesn't care about porn.

A school blocking Google? O.o That's not very smart. On most of my school computers, Google is set as the homepage! And pr*n would be blocked anyways, because of the automatic filters. In fact, you can't even search Google Images unless you either turn on Strict Filtering or go to google.co.uk.
