Blinking Screen

While Im playing SRB2 my screen blinks repeatedly. Its reallt annoying and makes me blink to and then I die or something. How do I fix it?
P.S. I tryed redownloading it.

If redownloading it worked it would have been a miracle. The problem seems to be the video drivers or some program in the background. Checked them?

It happened to me when I played SRB2 off a usb drive... It would be really laggy and the screen would blink! So... are you on a usb drive? If you aren't, it's a driver problem.

reason for edit: The forum put a [/i] at the end for some reason...
