i'm kinda trying to make a Big the Cat wad...
here's first sprite i'm making (front):

i know it's kinda weird.... i never made a wad so.. any help would be very good ^^

Big is more a blue-ish colour on Sonic Adventure. I suggest Kiro, you try and shade him better, and his eyes....

what program should i use to make a decent sprite?
i used paint and he looks retarded -.-

You should use Paint,MSPaint or Paint Shop Pro.
EDIT:You can aslo hand-draw.

Edit: just tried it, its awesome. Also, just so you don't get confused, to zoom in press 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 for the amount of zoom you want

Big is bigger than that and he looks different..
It doesn't matter what program you use, more like the effort put into it.
Personally I use MSPaint, and with the work I've done it proves that it doesn't metter what program you use.

It's cool you're working on a Big the cat WAD, but I suggest you make him 'bigger'. :P He's suppose to be nearly twice as tall as Sonic and plenty wider, which also allows more room for detail. Here's a pic of him if you need something for reference.

I too can testify to MSPaint's awesomeness, I'm working on my Blaze WAD and some other things with it right now. I've been using it since Windows 95 was the latest thing, lol. The interface has quick access to every tool and it's easy to use. I wish more programs were like it and that somebody would write a Linux equivalent of it. MT Paint is kinda confusing, to me anyway.

No, he's skinny. He's much smaller in Adventure than Heroes. Get your facts right. I love how people exaggerate his size.
