Ive looked at all the things I Can find and I still dont understand a single thing about making a Char!!!!!!!! Can someone make it extremely simple please???

Copy the wad and build over it while looking at the wiki constantly? It's not like we can hold your hand and give you a picture book type walk through.

Anyways, that link points to a tutorial on making Character WADs. Personally, I find it pretty comprehensive. Exhaustive, even. Keep in mind that character WADs take a lot of effort, and historically many promised characters have not been completed.
