Best ragnarok sever you played

what will be your best ragnarok sever u played?

my best is spiritusRO cause the fast leveling and diffrent races you can choose. Also the max level is 500. I also like the 10% drop of card in that
sever and the extra card they have and they made the card add more stats.

Well I liked Ragnarok but there is no server good for me.
I want a server that is;

High Rate
Wings (That you buy with zeny, not donating)
Naruto Headbands
Mall
More Hair Styles
More Hair Colors
More Clothing Colors
Leveling up to 200 something

Does this game cost money to play?

I checked the website and it appears so...

Which is an automatic turn off for me because my mom wouldn't agree to that.

What's a sever?
The best server I've played on is the official. Sure, it costed money, but it was balanced. All of the unofficial servers that don't cost money have extremely high EXP rates so you have a level 100 in a couple hours. Either way, the game is a horrible, boring grindfest.
For those not in the know, RO used to be what Maple Story is now. A piece of junk "game" where you repeatedly do the same thing over and over again to get little done. Not nearly as popular as it used to be, at least I don't think..
