If we want you as a judge, that is.

To elaborate on what the others said and to give an example. I was given judge permissions after consistently writing decent OLDC reviews for a few years. Then BAMF, Whackjudge was born.

Basically, its not something you aim for, its something that happens if you're active, useful and there's a need for new judges. The last bit being the most important tbh.
