It has a nice layout and a lot of rings. Not too small but could use a bit more details.

How can I download a code?
 
Ok I downloaded it thanks, going to see what you added.

You said you were going to make those yellow and black platforms move up and down but you didn't do that. I think it would make the level better.
other than that this level is pretty good.
 
One fix request. Ever thoked trying to evade a red/green/supermysticring hopeing an intangible fence would stop you? It's not cool.
 
Problem.

The wad doesn't seem to work.

When I try to add it using the launcher it says,
"A Wad or file was not found"

And if I try to do that with the console it says,
"Couldn't load mt_halberd_1.wad"

So there's obviously something wrong with the WAD I downloaded.

I wonder if anyone else has the same problem.

Hmm....That's wierd. Redownload it and see if that works. If not, then I don't know what to do.
 
Tried that. When I opened it with XWE, it says it's not a valid WAD file.

Maybe you could host it somewhere else, where you don't have to Right click -> Save Target As the download link?

yeah, My suggestion is to put a 1 px thin barrier near the fence.
