Basic Codes?

Well I have played SRB2 before, just a long time ago and I have forgotten some codes for "Sending in game messages" and in Capture the flag how to switch the level while in the game. Could someone please list the commands for this? It would be VERY appreciated.

MAP MAPXX -gametype <name> -<difficulty> -force
CHANGETEAM <red>
T key: Talk

Talking: "TALK <text>" (or the "T" key by default)
Changing map: "MAP MAPxx" (xx is map number, remember that >= 100 start using letters)

But seriously, this is in the Wiki, the manual and even they appear if you type "HELP" in the console, the command names are obvious x_X
