Well..I noticed in 1.09.4 my autoexec doesnt work...does it work for anyone else? The only thing in my autoexec what works is this:

alias camerachange "chasecam 1; bind 2 camerachange2"
alias camerachange2 "chasecam 0; bind 2 camerachange;"
bind 2 camerachange
crosshair cross

And

gr_filtermode trilinear

Name changes no longer work in Autoexecs if that's one of the things that don't work. (PLEASE specify what won't work next time, it's like asking how to fix a problem without explain the problem at all.) It's been a bug in 1.09.3 and .4 for a nice while and won't be fixed due to lack of patches. Just deal with it for now.

What? Name changes in Autoexec.cfg work for me....

They don't for everyone else. I know about 10-15 people who's name doesn't change even though the command is in their Autoexec.

It seems to do it every once in a while for me. Sometimes it changes my name, other times, I'm just Player(number).

I'd rather be Player(number) then my Losedows user account name.

guys... i think he is talking about the name changes while joining a netgame... i normaly come up as player <#> when joining a netgame
