Autoexec.cfg problems

[1-Up]

I am not sure why this is happening, but when I host a game it has my name. Then when I join a game it calls me Player #. Can any one tell me what is wrong?
Here is my autoexec.cfg:

Also notice the analog off? It has it on in game explain please.

The name thing is the same for everyone, unless there's a fix I missed. Also, the analog thing is turned on when you enter an SA Mode level no matter what, I recommend binding it to a key so you can turn it off whenever you load an SA Mode level.

I start a 1p game and it has analog on, but lightdash and homing off. What is wrong with that?
