Ported and then redone from SRB2Kart, Arrietty is now available for Ring Racers!

At the moment, Arrietty lacks voices as I still haven't figured out how I wanna go about it. (But a sound effect from Prototype N is used as gloating)

A model may be possible in the future. But for now this is as polished...
