Are there any mini PCs out there that can run srb2 or other 3d or 2d games smoothly?

I know most mini PCs can run most games as long as they dont demand too much from it. but witch ones are better?

I'm pretty sure I use what you're calling a mini PC.
SRB2 and related things all run pretty well as long as I don't make the resolution too high.

While any pc can run srb2, if you want to have some good performance on it here is a budget one:

Lenovo Thinkcentre Core i5-6500T

pretty much almost anything with a decent cpu can run srb2 and almost all mods at full speed no problem. I used to play it on my potato all the time with no issues.
