are there any hack and slash mods other than wido the wild?

not that wido the wild is a bad mod I generally like it. but im looking for a mod with sword gameplay like devil may cry but of course not THAT intricate lol
 
lol maybe try sword kirby? other than that, wido is the only one i can think of thats fun.

i got no clue, id like to either A. find a way to make wido a quicker character since I love the parkour and parry mechanics, or B. find a well-polished hack and slash character that is also fast. ima watch this thread though
 
i also dont like the way wido looks, i prefer proper sprite work not just making a model and using screenshots of that for sprites, it just comes of as lazy

plushima literally designed, made, rigged and animated the model wido uses, how can any of that be considered lazy

that aside, cacee might be a good substitute for a hack and slash character, considering she's focused on combat. i don't play hack and slash games, so i wouldn't really know.
 
thanks for the suggestion i will check it out. yeah ig a model takes work but doing that make it look grainy and i just dont like that
