Are mod builds allowed on here
If you don't know what a mod build is it's a character / Lua that uses its own code and code from others mods (mainly other mods) and uses another mod as a base (example : hyper metal sonic t. Y sonic(not th sonic ty sonic or the other way I forgot))

That depends.

According to the Submissions Guidelines, your mod build must:

1. Be comprised of a decent amount of original content you made yourself.

2. Only use content you have permission to use.

This means that anything you use from another mod, you MUST have permission to use. Each mod's release thread will indicate if you need to ask for permission to use its contents, so check its release thread before you include anything from it in your mod. Better safe than sorry. Even if you do have permission, your mod still needs to have a lot of content you made yourself, so you can't just reupload someone else's mod with slight changes.
