Aquatic Ruin Circuit - A circuit which is based off of Aquatic Ruin

This is an AquaticRuin circuit based off of the original in Sonic 2. I'll turn this into a pack similarly to what happend to CityEscape. LeonardoTheMutant helped with bug fixing but I did the rest. It's also very likelly that LeonardoTheMutant will colaborate with me on this and a few maps of his will be added. We also have a new member of the team now which is UrbanPie so expect some contribution from him.
