I'm looking to have a Dreamcast ISP with no Phone or Internet etc. Charges or fees.

I used to use my old Linux PC as a dial-in server for my Dreamcast, but now I got a Dreamcast Broadband Adapter, soo now it just connects to my network by Ethernet cable.
