Anti-Drown Character

How do I make a character that won't drown being completely submerged, or underwater? I'm using Slade for this, and I do not know how. It would be nice for someone to tell me, Thanks for reading or, trying to help.
 
If for every character, you can use a SOC, but since you are talking about 1 character, I think you may need some LUA scripting.
 
Here's how you do it:
addHook("PlayerThink", function(player)
    if player.mo.skin == "yourskinname" then -- Insert your skin name instead of "yourskinname". Still has to be in quotes.
        player.powers[pw_underwater] = 69420 -- Underwater
        player.powers[pw_spacetime] = 42069 -- Space countdown
    end
end)
