another little question

how do i edit the "srb2.srb" file or can i edit the srb2.srb file ?

Because editing SRB2.SRB causes SRB2 to crash. :)

and there's aniway to do it without crash? I just want to do blue grass and blue trees XD.
i'm trying to do something like the mighty hack for sonic the hedgehog 1..

You can copy/paste SRB2.SRB and open it with XWE...But then you should probably rename it so that it doesn't replace SRB2.SRB when you move it to SRB2's folder.

i'm working with emeraldcoast.wad and i can change some colors like the trees and the sky but i cant edit the grass.. there's aniway i can edit the grass only for that wad?

Just edit the lump you need. You say grass, I say export the grass flat, and edit it, and put it in a new wad.
