Am i banned from the MS?

Im on the MS and i try to connect and it says cannot connect to the master server then i look at the master server and i see servers! please help.

I'm handing out infractions if anyone else posts a new thread about this, we have a Master Server thread, read it.

Look, if you're banned, you will get the message "YOU ARE BANNED" when you try to connect. If it gives you some kind of other response, you are not banned!

Also, the MS really is down, and there are no servers currently up. What appears in the list is only there because everything was left in the exact state it was when we took everything down a week ago.
