Am i allowed to recreate this ?

I have seen a gif of a proposed replacement to the thok somewhere, and while i DO remember that lua recreations of it are not allowed, it has since been canned.
Does that mean i can safely recreate it, seeing as it's not going to be part of the game anymore ?

Here's a link to a document of the ability in question :

2.3 Q&A (WIP, may be inaccurate)

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL 2.3 CHANGE LIST. I WROTE THIS MONTHS BEFORE BECOMING PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM, AND WILL NOT BE UPDATING IT. THIS WAS BASED ON MY OBSERVATIONS AND OPINIONS AS A FAN OF THE GAME AND IS IN NO WAY OFFICIAL. There’s been a lot of talk regarding big changes that may come to...

In general, you're not allowed to recreate things other people have posted pics of but not released. This goes for both the dev team and individual community members. If someone posted a GIF of something they were working on, then moved on to other things, you are not allowed to just recreate their work and release it as your own.

In essence, you should reach out to the developer responsible for the Power Spin and ask them for permission. If you get permission, it's fine.
