Alpine Paradise act 1 emblems?

Hello, I know where the Alpine Paradise act 1 emblems are supposed to be, (sun and moon emblems for clarification) but for some reason they just aren't there for me. Am I screwed to be at 198/200 forever, or is something else the matter?

Edit: i thought it would be helpful to include a picture of the sun emblem not being where it should be. even if i had already collected it, it should have still left a transparent one to show where it was.

If I remember correctly, they accidentally removed those emblems in 2.2.9. They're planning to fix it soon on the next update so for now you'll have to wait.
