Version 1.2 the staff ghosts and fixes update!

Small update, no new maps yet!

Changes for Sunbeam Speedway:
Fixed missing solid midtextures.
Added more ark arrows in certian spots.
Changed some ring capsule's ring amount, changed itemboxes to permanent ringboxes in the jump before the start/finish line.
Changed map geometry in some spots.

Additions to Sunbeam Speedway:
Added an spraycan/KKD medal spawn point.
Added staff ghosts. Courtesy of: Ace, Beekeepernoah, bah (aka: sm), Mighty War Anvil, Pinkamena Diane and Omega.

Computer players do not trick correctly on the last jump in Sunbeam Speedway.

(There also seems to be an issue with waypoints when this happens.)
