Is there any way to have water that has both current and damage? I know the current requires a sector effect in the control sector, but that takes up the effect needed for damage. Any ideas?

Two water control sectors. Tag one to be current, the other to be damage. As long as they're the same height/tagged to the same sectors the water will be both without loss of transparency (If you have transparent water).
