Hey guys I just downloaded the game today and I was excited to download some character mods but when I downloaded them it wouldn't show up in the game. And when I clicked on how to install addons it said to download the mods then add them to the addons file. So my question is how exactly do you do that on a Windows computer.

I don't know what tutorial you saw, but whoever it was they meant addons folder

wherever you installed the game, there is an addons folder, move your mods in that folder and load them in the addons menu
