addons not showing in the addons menu

For some reason the only addons showing in the menu are wads and every other addon (which are pk3s and Luas) is invisible as well as the folder for it, even though it is in the addons folder in the game directory. Does anyone know how I can fix this

It's working now, i have no clue what was happening but it stopped.
