Even though this is a recolor, this will have a few other things then the standard sonic. A few of these other things are:

• 1):Slightly slower than sonic, because he has cerebral palsy in his legs, weakening his running as well as his jumping ability, but it will instead have double jump instead of the speed thok.
  
  2):If Flame the Hedgehog will allow it, this character will have the na_flamesword.wad(optional), he REALLY enjoys being a swordsman
  
  3):He'll have Dash-on-water ability.

Well right now i cant judge what it looks like until you post some screens.

He sounds good and i like the fact he isn't overpowered, but the bad part is he's a recolor. Try using the wireframes sprites to make him, then he will be a good character.
