Hello! My name is ash. I've been an SRB2 community member for most of my life now, having initially joined in 2004. Recently, I was reminded of a mod I started working on after I was permanently banned by Mystic, sometime in 2008-2009. Ad Hominem was going to be a direct response to a specific type of abuse I was facing at home and within this community.
The mod was going to begin lightheartedly, but then progressively become much darker, concluding with a reveal of something that had happened to me twice—once by a former SRB2 developer, and once by my father. This content was never completed, so the wad is 100% safe for you to play. I stopped working on it after running away from home for the first time.
The wad is presented as-is. There isn't much in it to be honest, but because it is now "abandonware", I am freely sharing it for anyone to explore.
Requires SRB2 version 2.0. I think. It was too large to upload as one file, so you might need a utility like 7-Zip to open the archive. Sorry about that.

EDIT: Forgot to add, I was going to submit it to the OLDC when done and had a friend who was willing to submit it on my behalf. Their name is on the project to serve as a submitter proxy, because banned members were not allowed to submit maps. This is why the titlecard says "Ash and Devan".
