Bamping an old thread. The actual issue with those particular rope hangs stems from incorrect use of Effect 1 causing them to be treated like non-repeating rope hangs (which uses a different method of positioning), but the underlying issue making those particular types position the player off-track has been fixed, so I'm marking this as such. (Somebody's gonna have to modify the map itself before the next release, though, or those hangs will still have issues.)
