About the mod

Anyone here has LOTR mod??
I can't download it because every time It tells me the download ended at 230 bytes, and the mod is 17 MB.
Does anyone know what could be?
I didn't know if I had to post this at help, because It's not related to srb2, It's related to a mod, so that's why I put it here, at off-topic.

Don't know, but I always Try and always the same, and this isn't the first time, that also happened with other pages.
It tells me the download was finishied, when it wasn't.
