About Soc Editing

Im sorry if people think im a n00b for asking this question but:

can someone Make a Guide on Soc editing?
I would like to Soc my own things, like how Draykon Soc'ed his things...

all im asking for is a tutorial on how to Soc special things, with the Var 1 and Var 2 things... i mean, Ree-c did help me Soc some enemies for my sonic 1 Mod (thanks again ree-c) and i want to know how to do that too

Currently, all i can edit is the Speed, Gravity, and sound effects that the thing makes on Firing, Using the Soc editor that SSN distributed to the public :|

so... um... please help
