About SMS Unleashed

So i've been trying to find these title screen sprites for SMS Unleashed for so long yet I can't find any place where they actually came from.

Although I DO have sms unleashed for myself, it dosen't contain these sprites shown here:

If anyone finds these sprites and / or the version of SMS Unleashed its from, i'd apreciate it.

It's been a long time, but this sure is a blast of nostalgia. If I remember correctly (and it very well may be the case that I don't) they would appear on the title screen when you loaded the wad into the accompanying exe file released for 1.09.4

I did just that and its not showing up at all. Nor is it in the files.
