That's a bit rude. Just because it isn't on the MB doesn't mean it should be ridiculed.
Check for yourself. Anything "worth looking at" is likely subjective to you.

Some mod creators typically do this, so this isn't that crazy of a revelation.

It looks quality to me, but like Jammin' said, these things are subjective. Go browse for some mods if you want. I got this sick Noise for RR around the time RR was getting a modding scene and it's on GB. So go hunt if you're not satisfied for with the MB. Although I will say, the mods not on MB isn't always the highest quality, but that's my take.

IIRC Destructive illusion was on the MB just that the custom build it came with allowed for joining netgames for vanilla srb2 so it was removed.
