A question about WADs

Most WADs that I have work, but some turn into odd colors and I have no idea why. Any suggestions on what I should do in this situation?

Those wads you are talking about was created for 1.09.4 and since the color palette was changed in 2.0, only thing to do is wait till the wads are remade for 2.0.

You can also port them if you'd like, but if you want to release it publicly on the forums or something, you'll need to ask the original creator of the wad if they allow you to do so.
